DELEGATION OF TASKS AMONGST TEAM MEMBERS

Myiesha and I have been working together since our AS project. We both know each other's strengths and weaknesses (her only weakness is working until she passes out, mine is not working until the deadline is the next morning), so we knew exactly how to divide the work amongst ourselves in the most efficient way possible. We both knew we didn't want to put off our work (partly because we both suffer from anxiety and would have killed each other if we had a panic attack), so we began working on our project the day we decided to team up.
Myiesha has far more experience in filming, editing, and animation than I do, so it only made sense for her to handle more aspects of the music video. We came up with the concept and knew we wanted something narrative-based, as well as our narrative and the type of song. I then gave her complete creative licence to do whatever she thought would look best. I assisted in the editing process and was present throughout the shoot, but my role in this aspect of the project was more consultative (even though I did edit a teeny tiny bit)
I was in charge of everything else, including the digipack, the record label logo, and the social media page. I accepted these tasks because I have more experience with Canva and I am more of a social media person than Myiesha (I know, it's unhealthy). I also took more blog posts than Myiesha because I am more talkative and prefer to express myself through writing, whereas Myiesha prefers to express herself through art.
We split the work for the merchandise we've posted 50-50. Myiesha designed the shirts, while I designed the notebooks. We did this because I wanted notebooks in the merch and Myiesha wanted tshirts, so we decided to design our own and post it on our blog and social media.
Despite the fact that we divided the work. We remained deeply involved in every process and step. We were constantly bugging each other and seeking advice on everything. Myiesha is now the person who hears from me more than my family, but I'm not complaining because working with her has been the best experience ever, and we literally had no arguments or disagreements throughout our project, and we kept telling each other how good of a team we both made (we're just two narcissists in one team).
